JOY in Fitness is not simply a fitness program, it is a mind and body wellness program designed to help you create a lifestyle you are excited to live.

Because you deserve to feel good & to be excited about life.

This 12 Week Online Program is non- competitive and a positive way to get fit healthy, confident and be yourself without any fear of judgement or failure.
All too often as women, we put our dreams and goals aside, whilst pouring our energy into taking care of others, when in reality, we are better at caring for others when we also take care of ourselves.

Want to make 2020 the year you invest in your well being? This is twelve weeks of making positive and sustainable changes, getting back your sparkle, energy and your zest for life with me providing support, motivation and keeping you accountable.

What are the criteria required to take part?

If you would like to have one of the only twenty five places all I require of you is a willingness to COMMIT to 3 workouts a week (30 minutes each) and to complete the weekly Joy Project Mindset Modules (approx 60-90 mins work).
In return for your commitment I will give you personal feedback every week - hence the limited spaces- and to reward you for being proactive offer you the full 12 weeks at a one time only first launch investment of €150. All future opportunities to be a part of this will be at a full price of €375.
That's private coaching for less than the cost of a takeaway or bottle of wine a week!!  Perhaps you have already read enough and know this is for you in which case you can secure your place here with a €35 deposit (balance to be paid by 8th January) or email me at saying "YES!"

When do we begin?

 Start date is Monday 20th January as I'm not a fan of starting new things too early in the New Year and like to take those first few weeks to prepare myself for change. Last date for balance to be paid is 8th January so there is plenty of time to send out all information before you start.

What’s included

Twelve mindset modules focusing on creating a more positive outlook, gaining clarity on the life you want to live & building self- esteem and confidence. Plus workout videos and access to Clean Club my clean eating program. 
Fitness is a key part of this because I love it and love how good it can make you feel, but after years of focusing only on my body, I found that true positive and lasting transformation comes only when we focus on both our physical and mental fitness.

JOY in Fitness Workouts & Nutrition includes…

·        3 thirty-minute video workouts a week focused on strengthening, building fitness and toning –  all suitable for absolute beginners with modification & progression options

·       As a Personal Trainer and Beginners Running Coach fitness is a huge part of my life and I love it. However I know that isn’t the case for everyone and it’s my mission to make it something you don’t dread or feel afraid of but actually look forward to – OK maybe you don’t believe you can look forward to it - I believe you can - and you will at the very least get to love the way it makes you feel afterwards! Taking the first steps towards getting fit can be really daunting and no one wants to feel like they aren’t able to keep up or be embarrassed about how they look. The video workouts included in this program can be done at home with minimal equipment, and all exercises can be adapted to suit you. Yes it will be a video but I promise you my infectious enthusiasm, love for exercise and motivating others will be beamed right into your sitting room – or wherever you choose to work out - I always quite liked the kitchen!

If you want to track physical changes, I recommend progress photos and focusing on body composition changes with measurements rather than weight loss and discourage the use of scales. The reason for this is that our weight can fluctuate daily for so many reasons and unfortunately regardless of this, a gain on the scales can make a lot of us feel bad. If scales have a negative effect on you, I suggest throwing them out of the nearest high window. Perfection doesn’t exist. 100% of women have stretch marks and cellulite despite what advertising companies and social media filters would have you believe. You are SO much more than the number on a weighing scales or a clothes tag and your value as the amazing human being you are, has nothing to do with how you look. 


·       Clean Club 

 I will share recipes and tips throughout the twelve weeks but also include a  ten day optional detox, cutting out sugar,wheat and processed foods. This begins on the 27th January and can be as strict or relaxed as you like. Generally though after the excess of Christmas a change in nutrition is something we all crave.
     Food is not good or bad, it is fuel and should be able to bring pleasure without guilt and stress. Both Clean Club and JOY in Fitness are about creating a positive balanced relationship with food and your body.

Life can be tough, we never know what is going to come our way and we cannot control it, but we are 100% responsible for ourselves and can control how we choose to react and how we choose to live. It’s a gift to be here living and breathing on this beautiful planet in these amazing bodies that want to do their very best for us.

A bit about me...

Hannah Lilly is the owner of Hannah Lilly Fitness and Mum to one daughter Jessica (14) and three boys Leon (11), Charlie (2) and baby Joshua. Her passion for fitness and sharing that with others led her to qualify as a Personal Trainer in 2013 and to start up the hugely successful Absolute Beginners Run Club. Run Club stemmed from her desire to create an environment that was non-competitive and where everyone could be themselves without any fear of being judged. She has also been a frequent speaker at schools and live events over the years and writes honest accounts of her daily highs and lows on Facebook and Instagram which to her delight have become a source of positivity for others.
But it hasn’t all been positive and after training to compete as a bikini competitor in 2014 Hannah Lilly had a mental breakdown while struggling to come to terms with the fact that her disordered eating habits, obsession with fitness and achieving the “perfect” physique were ultimately damaging her relationships - with her children, herself - and her quality of life.
It was from these struggles with anxiety, low self-esteem and more recently post-natal depression after the births of her last two children that The Joy Project was born. Beginning with a mindset experiment, she created the Positive Exchange, which included following daily habits such as gratitude and kindness. Hannah credits the Joy Project and her now healthy dose of exercise with changing her life completely for the better – hence the creation of Joy in Fitness a brilliant mix of the two.
Future goals include publishing a book, travelling back to the US in 2020, spreading fitness and joy, being the best Mum, she can be. Along with remembering that perfect doesn’t exist!
We’re all human it’s OK to not be OK but it’s more than OK to want things to be better.
